Refund policy

when will my order be shipped?

our current processing time for orders is 5-7 business days (monday - friday). this means that it may be up to 7 business days before your order ships. once your order ships, shipping times will depend on what shipping option you chose at checkout.

note, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, as our apparel is shipped directly from our print partner. individual tracking information will be provided as shipments are processed.

turn-around times are estimates and may change due to holidays, new releases and sales. handmade items take time. check the website banner for any updates. shipping times are also estimates as provided by the carrier. please understand, it is difficult to predict shipping times, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays. updates on your order status will be sent to the email that you provide at checkout.

how will my order be shipped--within the united states

orders shipping within the united states will ship usps ground advantage or usps priority. note, usps ground advantage shipping times may be up to 6 days, depending on your zone. usps priority shipments are guaranteed 2 days.

once your order ships, you will be provided with tracking information and shipping updates. 

how will my order be shipped--international

international orders may ship usps first class international, ups international, or fex-ex international. the delivery date for international orders cannot be guaranteed due to unexpected delays in customs or international postal services. typical shipping is 3 weeks, but up to 6 is not uncommon. we cannot offer refunds for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable international packages.

international shipments may be subject to local taxes, duties or other fees, which are outside of our control. we are not responsible for customs fees. please keep these things in mind when placing international orders.

what if there are issues with my shipment? 

  package undeliverable

we ship to the address that you provide at checkout. please be sure to check this. if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the items are returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay for new shipping with a correct address or receive a refund for the product minus the cost of the original shipping. 

  package delivered, but not received

we are not responsible for mistakes made in delivery by the carrier. if your order was lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered, please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. we do not issue refunds on lost packages.

  tracking on package has not been updated in multiple days

if your package tracking has stalled while in transit, making a personal claim with the carrier is the best option as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. we do not issue refunds on lost packages.

what if something in my order is incorrect?

while we try our best, mistakes happen. if your order arrived with something wrong, please email us at hello@ohlittlewren.com and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

what about returns and exchanges?

   non-apparel purchases

item quality is very important to use. while we make every effort to make sure you're shipped items that are of the highest quality, sometimes we miss things. in the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we accept returns or exchanges (if available) free of charge. please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@ohlittlewren.com. be sure to include a photo. 

all custom and personalized items that are not damaged or defective are non-refundable.

non-custom and non-personalized items that are not damaged or defective may be returned for the cost of the return shipping, only if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and the process is initiated within 10 days of delivery. to begin this process, please email us at hello@ohlittlewren.com. you may ship the item yourself and provide a tracking number showing that your return has shipped, or request a return label from us (the cost of which will be deducted from your refund). once we receive your returned merchandise, we will process the refund, minus the cost of the return shipping, if applicable.

   apparel purchases

when purchasing apparel, please be sure to read the full description and sizing information, as items are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged due to issues with sizing.

if your apparel arrives mis-printed or in the incorrect size or color from what was ordered, please email us at hello@ohlittlewren.com so that we can resolve the issue. please include your order number and photos of the product.

please note, the printing process used to make our designs may cause a slight scent or some discoloration in your new shirt. this will disappear after the first wash. all inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. apparel should be machine washed, cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. non-chlorine bleach should be used only when necessary. no fabric softeners. tumble dry low, or hang dry for longest life. cool iron inside-out if necessary. do not iron decoration. do not dry clean.
